Posing isn't just about looking good for the camera. It is how I force my muscles to peak and catch any symmetry issues during my transformation. When I pose, I am checking the work I put in at the gym in Shahdara. If you train with me, you will learn this mind-muscle connection, not just mindless lifting.
Why Posing Matters
Many think posing is only for stage athletes. That is a mistake. Posing is the ultimate tool for muscle control. Whether I am doing a double bicep or a side chest, I am forcing the muscle to contract fully and finding weak points that need more volume. This is why I track my progress this way. If we are working on your body composition, we will use these same methods to see where your fat loss or muscle gain is actually landing.

Everything you see here is achieved naturally. No shortcuts, no steroids. Just consistent, grueling 'mehnat' in the gym. My physique is a result of calculated diet and intense training splits, whether I am cutting for a show like Mr. Delhi or just maintaining strength in the off-season.
