Log aksar puchte hain ki diet plan kya hai, par asli game discipline ka hai. Jab tum mere saath train karte ho, toh main sirf rep count nahi karta—hum form fix karte hain, diet tweak karte hain, aur jab tak result nahi milta, tab tak peeche nahi hat-te. Ek client ne mere guidance mein 15kg weight loose kiya, sirf isliye kyunki usne plan ko bina excuses ke follow kiya.
Bodybuilding natural ho sakti hai agar tum basics pe focus karo. Mere coaching style mein koi sugarcoating nahi hai. Main wahi plan banata hoon jo main khud follow karta hoon, chahe tumhare goals fat loss ke hon ya muscle gain ke.
Remote coaching mein, main diet aur workout split tumhare WhatsApp pe bhejta hoon. Isme weekly check-ins hote hain taaki hum progress track kar sakein. In-person training mein, hum Wellness Club ya MF Zone Ghonda mein milte hain, jahan main heavy lifts ke waqt physically spot karta hoon aur form sahi karwata hoon. Yeh sirf exercise nahi hai; yeh body recomposition hai.
Diet plans Indian household items (paneer, soya, chicken) pe based hote hain. Tumhe fancy ingredients ki zaroorat nahi hai, bas discipline ki. Posing classes aur peak week management tab kaam aata hai jab tum stage ke liye prepare kar rahe ho. Par agar tum sirf fitter banna chahte ho, toh hum basic strength aur consistency pe kaam karenge. Mera mantra simple hai: agar mehnat karoge, toh result aayega.
