We take athletes from raw potential to real podium finishes. At Pro Athletes Academy, it’s all about honest work, grit, and always backing each other - no shortcuts, no fake promises. The reward only feels right after the struggle, and believe me, we grind through it together.

How We Build Champions

Our system mixes track sessions and strength work in the gym. We’re obsessed with:

  • Speed and agility drills that sharpen sprint form and explosive starts
  • Explosive power training using plyometrics and heavy lifts, not just for show but for actual field performance
  • Core stability and balance, because without it, injuries catch up fast

We push stamina and mental toughness coaching, rain or shine, whether you’re sprinting or running distance. Flexibility isn’t ignored - hurdle drills and mobility work keep our athletes moving freely.

Who We Train

Our doors are open to competitive athletes of all ages - U/12, U/14, U/23, and senior champs. It’s not just track and field - we’ve helped cricketers too. If you’re serious about leveling up, we’re here.

My Story

We’re Pro Athletes Academy, and honestly, our athletes are like family. I’m always there – sweating it out on the track, cheering in the rain, even getting emotional when someone nails a personal best. Coaching isn’t just about certificates, it’s about trust and connection. Parents are a big part too, they’re in every win. I love supporting runs for our soldiers. Jai Hind! Our goal? Take raw potential, push it to the podium.

My Work

Athletics Coaching for All Events - We train athletes in sprints, middle-distance, relays, high jump, cross country, with speed & agility drills and gym work.

Podium Level Training Approach - Our style is hands-on, tough, and all about the coach-athlete bond. We chase real results, rain or shine.

Who We Coach - From U/14 juniors to seniors, even Ranji cricketers for fitness. We welcome anyone ready to put in the work.

Results That Count - Our athletes win team and individual championships, break records, and get ONGC Sports Scholarship or qualify for National Games.
