See the results of our track and field training, from state meets to national championships. Our athletes do not just participate; they train to compete on the biggest stages.

Another goal achieved. So proud of my athlete Yash Joshi for qualifying for the 38th National Games in Uttarakhand. This is a huge milestone that reflects his dedication to our athletic development program.

A look back at a successful Indian Open Athletics Meet in Pune. My athlete Gagan Amin showed incredible improvement, transitioning from an 800m runner to securing 2nd place in the 400m with a new personal best. This shows how we adapt training to maximize potential.

A thrilling finish at the Indian Open Athletics Meet in Gujarat. My athlete Saroj Shetty fought hard to win second place in the 100m run. Competing at this level requires immense mental toughness, which is a core part of our coaching.

Representing Maharashtra at the Indian Grand Prix in Bangalore. This video shows my athlete Kaushik Kamat competing against the country's best. Reaching this stage is a significant achievement in itself.

Extremely happy to share these moments from the All India Inter-University Athletics Championship in Bhubaneshwar. My athlete Yash Joshi won a silver medal in the 200m run, a proud moment for him, his parents, and our academy.

Proudly sharing that my athlete, Thanish Gaddam, won a Gold Medal in the 4x400m relay at the School National Athletics Championship (SGFI) in Lucknow. He ran a powerful first leg, setting the team up for victory.

The reality of elite competition at the Khelo India Youth Games. My athlete Jason Castelino showed incredible heart, finishing 4th in both the 100m and 200m finals despite a muscle pull. His resilience is what makes a true champion.

About this collection

Winning at the national level requires specific periodization. We plan your training cycles to ensure you peak exactly when major meets happen. Whether you are aiming for Khelo India or the National Games, we focus on technical drills like block starts and pace control during high-pressure sessions. You have to be ready to run in any weather condition.

Competing at the national level is a different game. It demands more than just raw speed; it requires the mental toughness to stay focused when you are away from home, the discipline to execute race-day strategy under pressure, and the recovery protocols to keep injuries at bay. At Pro Athletes Academy, we do not promise shortcuts because there are none. We grind through the training, from the track at Priyadarshini Park to sessions at SAI Kandivali, to build the foundation that supports podium finishes.

Our program for competitive athletes covers the full spectrum of track and field requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: We break down your movement—from the explosive power needed in 100m block starts to the aerobic capacity required for middle-distance pacing.
  • Mental Conditioning: We simulate race-day scenarios. Whether it is an SGFI meet or the Indian Open, you need to know how to handle the start gun and the fatigue in the final 50 meters.
  • Race Day Support: We provide tactical briefings and post-race analysis. You will see us trackside at major meets, helping our athletes warm up, stay focused, and execute their race plan.

We work with athletes from the U/14 level up to seniors. If you are serious about qualifying for Khelo India, representing Maharashtra at the National Games, or securing a sports scholarship, you need a system that tracks your progression through hand-timed trials and periodized training cycles. We do not just train runners; we train winners.
