Core Coaching Details
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri split).
- Volume: 2 hours per session (6 hours weekly) in the prime 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM slot.
- Surface: Outdoor hard courts (Acrylic) with professional floodlights.
- Batch Structure: Group format with an estimated 1:5 to 1:6 coach-student ratio.
- Drills: Focus on stroke mechanics, cross-court rallying, and dead ball drills.
Fitness & Conditioning
- Functional Training: On-court agility ladder work, cone sprints, and body-weight endurance.
- Resilience: Indoor or light-rain sessions ensuring training continuity during monsoons.
Competitive Exposure
- Match Play: Periodic practice matches within the batch.
- Tournaments: Eligibility for internal cups and local district (DSO/MSSA) events.
- Feedback: Basic technical adjustments on grip and stance from senior coaches.
5-Day High Performance & Holistic Package
High-Performance Training
- Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
- Volume: 10+ hours of weekly on-court training in the 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM slot.
- Tactics: Point construction, transition games (defense to offense), and match intelligence.
- Specialist Shots: High-repetition drilling for kick serves, slices, and approach shots.
- Simulation: Regular full-set practice matches to replicate tournament pressure.
Holistic Development
- Mental Conditioning: On-court psychology sessions to manage match pressure and anxiety.
- Advanced Fitness: Specialized cross-fit style training, core strengthening, and stamina building.
- Nutrition: Basic diet charting for recovery and energy management during tournaments.

Why We Do What We Do
I believe champions are made, not born. My goal is to help serious tennis players turn their dreams into reality, step by step. If you’re looking to play for fun, this isn’t for you. But if you’ve got junoon (passion) and want to compete at district, state, national, or even international levels, you’ll fit right in.
Who This Is For
This program is for asli (real) players only. If tennis is your life and you want to push yourself, you’ll get the support and structure you need. Weekend warriors, sorry - this is not your scene.
How We Train: Full Power, No Shortcuts
- On-court, we drill technique, footwork, and advanced shots till you get it right. Regular match practice means you learn tactics and how to handle pressure.
- Off-court, fitness is non-negotiable. Rain or shine, we train hard with cross-fit and endurance sessions. Sometimes we throw in a ‘Fitness Party’ for team bonding.
- Mental strength matters. Our mental health coach runs group sessions to help you focus, manage stress, and build real toughness.
- Nutrition guidance is part of the package. You’ll know what to eat to fuel your training.

My Story
Main Sanjay Patel. 35 saal se (for 35 years) tennis court hi sab kuch hai. Shivaji Park Gymkhana... yahan sirf tennis nahi, parivar hai (here it's not just tennis, it's family). Mera kaam player banana, unko himmat dena. Jeet haar chhodo, pehla kadam zaroori hai (winning or losing doesn't matter, first step is important). Humne All India Association bhi banaya, apne logon ke liye. Jab Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolhapur se players aate hain, dil khush ho jata hai. Bas, family badi ho, sabka bhala ho - yahi motivation hai.
My Work
All Types of Coaching - Junior tennis coaching, adult tennis batch, personal training, mental conditioning, nutrition, cross-fit - age 5 se 40+ tak sabke liye.
Technique and Fitness First - Tennis fitness drills, footwork, dead ball, split stance - detail mein sikhate hain. Fitness bhi must hai.
More Than Just Tennis - Discipline, patience, masti sab hai. Yoga on court, rains mein bhi fitness. Family jaisa environment.
Creating Champions - Players win DSO, CISCE, SFA, MSSA. Participation sabse important. Platform milta hai, jeet haar baad mein.
