Our Athletes' Podium Finishes and Championship Wins
Seeing our athletes hit personal bests and stand on the podium is why we do this. Here is a look at the championships we have conquered and the grit that got us there.
This is what it's all about. Two of my athletes holding the team championship trophy at the Maharashtra State Inter-University Athletics Championship. We train for these moments, where teamwork and individual grit come together for the ultimate win.
It all starts here. This video shows our sprinters practicing explosive block starts. We focus relentlessly on technique, power, and reaction time because we know that a fraction of a second can be the difference between winning and losing.
The podium is the goal. Here are three of my athletes after their stellar performance at the Maharashtra State Inter-University meet. Seeing them stand there with their medals is a testament to their hard work and our training system.
Power is built in the gym. This video shows our athletes engaged in targeted strength and conditioning, including weightlifting and plyometric box jumps. We build functional strength that translates directly to better performance on the track.
The coach-athlete relationship is everything. This moment was captured at the National Games. I believe success is built on trust, guidance, and mutual respect, and I walk with my athletes every step of the way.

Nurturing the next generation of champions. I'm pictured here with my little champion, Devaj Parekh, after he won the Individual Championship in the Boys U/12 category. We are committed to developing young talent from an early age.
Competing and winning at the national level. This is a proud moment from the All India Inter-University Athletics Championship, where my athlete secured a silver medal in the 200m run with a personal best time.
Our training methods build versatile athletes. I'm proud to share the success of Deepak Shetty, a Ranji Trophy cricketer we train, who was named Player of the Match at the D.Y. Patil T20 Games. Speed and power training benefits athletes in every sport.

It is not just about natural talent. Whether we are perfecting block starts for a 200m sprint or conditioning for a relay, every performance here is the result of systematic training cycles. We structure our sessions into pre-season and competition phases to ensure athletes hit their peak exactly when it matters most.
From Practice to the Podium
Success on the track is never an accident. It is the result of a deliberate, daily grind that starts long before the competition day. My approach focuses on taking raw potential and molding it through a combination of track sessions and targeted gym work. We do not just chase records; we chase improvements in form, reaction time, and mental stamina.
The Training System
We train athletes across age groups, from U/12 juniors to senior competitors. Our sessions cover:
- Sprint Mechanics: Focusing on the ABCs of running to fix posture and arm action, ensuring every fraction of a second counts.
- Explosive Power: Utilizing plyometrics and functional gym lifts to build strength that translates directly to on-field performance.
- Race Strategy: Providing tactical support during local and state meets to help athletes execute under pressure.
Where We Train
We bring this training to you across Mumbai, with regular sessions at Priyadarshini Park in Malabar Hill, Wings Sports Centre in Bandra, SAI Kandivali, and Mumbai University Ground in Churchgate.
Why the Coach-Athlete Bond Matters
Athletics is tough. There are days when the rain makes track work miserable and days when progress feels slow. I believe that coaching is about more than just drills—it is about being present, cheering in the rain, and supporting the athletes and their families through every win and every setback. My goal is to create a community where everyone pushes each other to find their personal best, whether they are training for a school meet or the National Games.
