About this collection
If you are curious about Kriyas like Kunjal, know that we treat them as serious cleansing processes, not just trends. One student recently shared how drinking two litres of warm saline water was a challenge, but the resulting lightness in the stomach after the practice made the discipline worth it. We are here to guide you through these techniques with the necessary care and hygiene standards required for true practice.
Breath is not just air. In our HSR Layout studio, pranayama is treated as the primary tool to control the 'prana' or life force. You will not find generic routines here. Whether it is 'Ujjayi' for nervous system regulation or 'Surya Nadi' to ignite energy, we teach the technique alongside the correct posture and rhythm.
Meditation at Aikia is an active exercise for the mind. We focus on 'Tratak' (candle gazing) to improve focus and 'Antar Mauna' (inner silence) to help you witness your own thoughts without judgment. It is about building the discipline to sit with yourself, a skill that translates into better decision-making in your daily professional and personal life.
We also include Shatkriyas, such as 'Jala Neti' and 'Kunjal Kriya', to purify the system. These are ancient cleansing methods. We ensure you learn them in a safe environment, understanding the precautions and post-practice care. If you are looking for a quick fix or a meditative retreat that ignores discipline, this is not the place for you. We believe in 'abhyas'—consistent, repeated practice that slowly but surely shifts your mental and physical state. Our weekend batches are designed for working professionals in Bengaluru who need structure to their practice. Join us to learn why the breath is the most powerful technology you possess.
