Self-practice, or 'Abhyasa', is an invaluable ritual for every yoga teacher. It is an opportunity for self-inquiry, moving from asana to pranayama and meditation to connect with your deeper self.

Who said yoga is all about asanas? Here, we engage in a Havan (fire ceremony) and mantra chanting, two powerful practices from the eight limbs of yoga that purify the environment and the mind.

A 50-minute pranayama practice captured in 50 seconds. Pranayama, with the use of mudras and bandhas, is a tool to control the leakage of prana and enhance the flow of life force for a more holistic life.
