I am a Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) and a Strong Nation Master Trainer. This means I do not just teach moves, I understand the biomechanics behind them. Whether we are doing high-intensity interval training or working through functional strength with Pilates, my goal is to ensure you are moving correctly.
