What My Fitness Masterclasses & Events Are All About

Fitness isn't just a routine for me - it's where I bring all my energy and passion, and you feel it from the moment you walk in. These events are nothing like my usual classes. We go big, we go loud, and we create memories as a fitness family. If you love a good dance fitness party or want to push your limits with a high-intensity group workout, you're in the right place.

Pick Your Experience

I host different masterclasses, each with its own vibe:

  • Zumba® masterclass experience: Imagine a dance floor packed with people, music thumping, and everyone moving together. I've taken this fiesta everywhere, even to Nepal for years.
  • Strong Nation™: This one's all about syncing every move to the beat, finding your himmat (courage), and crushing a tough workout with the energy of the crowd.
  • Combo events: Sometimes we mix it up, with Zumba and Strong Nation back to back - 90 minutes of pure intensity.

Beyond the Events

You'll also catch me hyping up runners with marathon warm-up sessions, or sharing my energy at big fitness expos. My goal is always to support and uplift the whole fitness community.

My Story

Hey, I'm Praateek. Zumba’s my heartbeat, my therapy, and my ticket to places I never thought I'd be—Nepal, Delhi, Bhutan, all with sneakers on! Nepal, yaar, that vibe stuck with me since day one. I’m always learning, always moving—just finished a Pilates course, never say die, main haroonga nahin (I won't lose). Off the mat, I’m with my family, wife, cricket, and festivals. Life’s short—let’s make it loud and memorable!
