It isn't just about looking fit; it's about bulletproofing your joints, improving your posture, and building the kind of core strength that supports you in everyday life. If you have struggled with inconsistent form, we slow it down here to get the basics right before we turn up the intensity.

The Methodology
We strip away the ego. My approach combines the precision of Pilates with the raw intensity of functional training, including TRX suspension work and kettlebell circuits. We work on:
- Core Stability: Beyond just abs, we focus on the entire midsection to protect your spine and improve posture.
- Flexibility & Mobility: Using dynamic stretching and corrective movements to undo the stiffness caused by long hours at a desk.
- Body Control: Learning to master your own weight through plyometric and balance exercises.
Where We Train
I conduct these sessions at Anytime Fitness in Dwarka (Sectors 7, 10, 17) and Dabri. You get the benefit of a professional gym environment with shock-absorbing flooring and premium sound systems, combined with the guidance of a Master Trainer.
