Why I Run (and Coach)
Running isn’t just about racking up the miles. For me, it’s about digging deep - sometimes you find strength you didn’t know you had, other times you just want that sukoon (peace) a long run gives. I believe every runner, whether you’re just starting or chasing a personal best, has a story. We’re in this together, not alone.
How I Guide You
I’m an ACSM Certified Marathon Coach, and I build plans that work for real life. Training isn’t a one-size-fits-all thing. I focus on:
- Structured plans for 5K, 10K, Half Marathon training plan, and the big 42.2K
- Race-specific prep (from TCS10K to those bucket-list international marathons)
- Marathon pacing strategies so you don’t burn out before the finish
- Speed sessions - yes, intervals and track days, but always with a purpose
Strong Body, Strong Mind, Stronger Together
- Strength training for runners is not optional here: deadlifts, squats, plyo, and core, so you stay injury-free
- We talk about mental toughness in running - I’ve had my share of rough races, and I’ll help you push through yours
- Our community is full of masti (fun) and dosti (friendship). No one gets left behind. The energy is real.

My Story
Hey, it’s Pragati. If I’m not chasing a finish line, I’m chasing mountain views. Jibhi, Dhauladhars – those places just steal my heart and give it back, you know? My husband’s my human Siri, always by my side – we’re trail-mates more than soulmates now. S.U.K.O.O.N is what I’m after, whether blowing dandelions or getting lost in sunflower fields. I come back for the marathons, but my mind’s still in the hills.

Mental Endurance Training - Marathons start in the mind. We work on mental endurance for runners, digging deep when the miles get rough.
Core & Strength Workouts - Not just road running - we build core strength for marathoners, sweat it out, and get stronger together.
