About Running & Marathon Coaching
My Running Journey (Spoiler: I Didn’t Always Love It)
Used to absolutely hate running - like, "why am I doing this to myself?" levels of hate. Trust me, I know the 12km wall in a half-marathon where your brain starts overthinking everything. But I’ve made it past that finish line more times than I thought possible. If you’re stuck in that love-hate running limbo, I’m living proof you can break through.
My Approach
Running’s not just about your legs. It’s about your mind, your breath, your stubbornness. I mix in yoga, calisthenics, and strength work because that’s what made me a better runner. Injury prevention during running is as important as speed. We’ll train your mind to keep going even when you want to quit, and find a rhythm that works for you.
What We’ll Work On
- Building up stamina for complete beginners or anyone wanting to jump from a 5k to 10k or more. Slow and steady, with personalized running plans.
- Real race prep for 10k up to marathon: pacing, strategy, all of it.
- Mental resilience for runners - trust me, mindset is half the battle.
Who’s This For?
- “I’m not a runner” types
- Folks who want to go longer, not just faster
- Runners prepping for their first (or next) race
- Anyone who wants to run for themselves, not the crowd
Zindagi badi honi chahiye (Life should be grand) - let’s make running part of that.

My Story
I’m Vaishnavi, and honestly, I’m always chasing something new. One day I’m upside down practicing handstands, next day I’m dragging myself through a marathon (trust me, running isn’t my thing). I’ve tried everything from yoga in Leh to swinging a Gada, even scuba diving. My parents call it 'midnight madness', I call it living. For me, the best part is that moment you’re ready to quit—when you push through, that’s where real magic happens.
My Work
What I teach - Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial), calisthenics, Mugdar/Gada strength, and running coaching. All personalized.
How I train - Progress over perfection. We chase balance, grit, and a stronger mind—more than just looking fit.
Who should join - If you want more than just aesthetics, if you’re okay with failing and trying again, you’ll fit right in.
Session vibes - Expect surprises—maybe beginner handstand coaching, maybe Mugdar swings. Show up, do the work, celebrate progress.
