Why I Coach

Running changed my life when I needed it most. For me, it’s not just about clocking miles - it’s about finding your own truth, one step at a time. I coach because I know how powerful running can be, especially when you’re going through tough times.

My Approach

I want you to be fit enough to run for life, not just for a season. We train smarter, not harder. Most of our sessions are low intensity, following the 80/20 rule, because I’ve seen that consistency matters way more than pushing yourself to the limit every day. Here, every runner is celebrated - whether you finish first or last.

My Story

Born in a small village near Bangalore, life threw me some rough punches. Lost my mom young, got stuck in night shifts, depression hit hard, ballooned up to 120 kg. One Tamil movie line pushed me into running, and it changed everything. Dropped 30 kilos, found hope. Then a bike accident nearly broke my back, but I learned rehab and strength the tough way. That’s how Runners360 began – not just fitness, but healing, connection, and rewriting your own story.

My Work

Complete Running Ecosystem - We coach online and in-person, for 5k newbies to ultra-marathoners, plus group running sessions and mobility workshops for runners.

Every Finisher is a Winner - No podium obsession here. We celebrate every finish line, whether it’s your first or fortieth marathon.

Science-Backed Training - We use the 80/20 principle, focus on mobility, recovery, nutrition, and scientific strength training for runners.
