Running the world's iconic races is a journey of grit and dedication. I help you prepare for the biggest stages with training that builds your strength, endurance, and mental edge.

First World Major Marathon conquered. Holding the Indian flag high after finishing the Berlin Marathon. This was a run dedicated to my family and friends who believed in me.

My second World Major Marathon in the books. Holding my Chicago Marathon medal with pride. This race was a battle of sheer grit, but crossing that finish line made it all worth it.

The support crew that gets you through 42.2kms. With my husband and friend at the Brandenburg Gate after the Berlin Marathon. Their cheers on the course made all the difference.

"You've come hundreds of miles to get here. Only 26.2 to go." This Nike sign in Chicago perfectly captured the marathon journey. Posing here with my hard-earned medal.

In the thick of the Chicago Marathon. This photo captures the intense focus required during a race, pushing through the crowds and the pain to reach the finish line.

A close-up of the prize. The Chicago Marathon medal is a symbol of perseverance. I ran through nausea and dehydration, but the mind is always stronger than the body.

The Berlin Marathon medal with the beautiful Berlin Cathedral in the background. A perfect memento from an unforgettable race experience in a historic city.

About this collection

Running a World Major is as much about logistics as it is about raw endurance. From dialing in your fueling strategy for specific course elevation profiles to practicing your race-day hydration, we cover the variables that often make or break your performance. I help you simulate these conditions in your training blocks so that when the race starts, you are not guessing—you are executing a plan built on your specific pace and fitness data.

When you commit to a World Major like Berlin or Chicago, you are not just signing up for a run. You are signing up for a massive logistical and physical challenge. My 12-week race-specific blocks are designed to bridge the gap between being a runner and being a race-ready athlete.

We start with the fundamentals of your macro-cycle. We break down your training into base building, peak intensity, and finally, the crucial taper phase. This ensures you arrive at the starting line fresh, not fatigued. We look at the data—cadence, heart rate, and GPS metrics—to adjust your plan weekly. If you are struggling with a specific interval session or a long run, we pivot. This is not about rigid spreadsheets; it is about consistent, adaptable coaching.

We also focus on the 'hidden' aspects of the race. We discuss course maps, water station placements, and how to manage the sheer volume of runners around you. I teach you how to fuel effectively, because hitting the wall at kilometer 30 is a problem we solve in training, not on race day. Whether it is managing the nerves or learning to push through when your legs scream to stop, we build the mental toughness required to cross that finish line on your feet.
