About Running Coaching
What to Expect
If you’re looking to actually get faster, not just clock miles, this is the place. My coaching style is honest - we train hard, but we keep it real. Sometimes you’ll crush a session, sometimes you’ll just want to lie down. Both are normal.
How We Train
- We always start with running form improvement drills, so you don’t pick up injuries that slow you down later.
- Main workouts change up - sometimes it’s intervals, sometimes hill sprints or long tempo runs. No boring copy-paste plans here.
- I’ll teach you pacing, so you don’t go all-out at the start and crash halfway.
- We cool down and stretch, because nobody likes being stiff the next day.
Technique Obsessed
Running fast only works if you do it right. I’ll give you direct feedback mid-run - “Seedha daud, sir upar, light landing” (Run straight, head up, land softly). I don’t just shout from the sidelines, I run with you.
Beyond Just Running
We do strength training, mobility, and yes, loads of yoga. Like I always say, Yoga se he hoga! (Yoga’s what’ll get you there). You’ll get a solid foundation, not just speed.
The Champions Tribe
It’s not just solo runs. We’re a group. We push each other, travel for races, and celebrate with malai maar ke lassi (extra creamy lassi) after a big win.
Results
From people smashing their first 10K to serious marathon preparation coaching, I’ve seen PBs at Bengaluru and Mumbai marathons, plus plenty of podiums. If you’re up for it, I’m here for it.
We train in Whitefield (KTPO area) and Cubbon Park on weekends.

My Story
People see the IIT Madras doctorate, Boston degree, black belt – think I’m some ultra-serious type. Truth? I’m disciplined, sure, but life’s not all medals and Instagram. Waking up at 3:30 am with my crew for a race, that’s where the fun kicks in. I’m crazy patriotic – mera watan, mera desh – sometimes proud, sometimes shaking my head. Most days I’m just a running coach who loves seeing my team win (and yeah, winning prize money is sweet). Age is catching up, but I still show up, grateful for every finish. Fingers crossed, yaar.
My Work
Services I offer - Marathon coaching, ACE personal training, SVYASA yoga – all you need to get moving.
Train with a real runner - I run, race, win in my age category. I know the pain, breathlessness, and joy of a personal best.
Champions philosophy - We train to get fitter, faster, stronger. Hitting personal bests is the real win for me.
It’s a tribe, not just a group - We run, do 108 Surya Namaskars, travel for races. Dedication, fun, and celebrating every win together.
