Running might look like a solo sport, but every mile is built on a foundation of support. Behind my PBs and long runs is a dedicated team of physios and mentors who keep me moving and injury-free. Here is the village it takes to keep me running strong.

With my coach and physio, the magician who keeps me running strong and pain-free. His expertise and guidance are an invaluable part of my journey.

Happy Physiotherapy Day to the magicians who keep us moving. Here I am with two of the amazing physios who have been instrumental in my fitness journey.

A candid moment with my coach. It's not just about the training plans; it's about the mentorship and friendship that we build along the way.

About this collection

You often see runners at the finish line, but you rarely see the preparation that gets them there. My sessions at Stairs Physio in HSR Layout aren't just about fixing an injury; they are preventative. Whether it is functional strength work or a quick check-in on my form, having a pro observe my movement patterns is what allows me to push for those big 42.2K targets without breaking down.

Running long distances like a half or full marathon puts immense load on your body. Without a support system—a safety net of experts—that load eventually leads to burnout or injury. When I work with my physiotherapy team, we look at biomechanics, muscle imbalances, and recovery protocols to ensure every step is efficient.

It is not just about getting back on the road after a setback; it is about proactive strength training. My in-person sessions in HSR Layout focus on exercises that mimic running demands—think single-leg stability, plyometrics, and core engagement. This technical work, combined with the encouragement of a coach who understands the marathon psychology, is the difference between a DNF and a personal best.

When you join my program, you get access to this same philosophy. I do not just send you a training plan and hope for the best. We analyze your cadence, heart rate, and training load to ensure you are progressing safely. If you are training for a specific event in Bangalore, I guide you on everything from gear choices to hydration strategies, all while ensuring you have the strength foundation to actually execute those plans. Running is a journey of masti (fun) and dosti (friendship), but it is built on a foundation of science and support.
