Pricing Guide
In-Person Group Training Membership
Core Training Sessions
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday).
- Timing: Morning slots only (5:30 AM to 7:30 AM).
- Location: Cubbon Park, Bengaluru (utilizing paved public paths).
- Drill Types: Includes tempo runs, high intensity intervals (e.g., 600m repeats), hill repeats, and progressive long runs on weekends.
Outdoor Strength Conditioning
- Method: Bodyweight calisthenics performed on the pavement post run.
- Equipment: No gym equipment or weights used.
- Exercises: Circuits involving squats, lunges, burpees, mountain climbers, and planks.
- Focus: Core stability and injury prevention for road runners.
Coaching & Support
- Real-time Feedback: Visual analysis of gait, posture, and foot strike during runs.
- Race Strategy: Custom pacing and volume planning for target events like TCS 10k or Mumbai Marathon.
- Community: Access to the member WhatsApp group and running alongside community dogs.
Remote Coaching & Training Plan
Digital Training Structure
- Delivery: Weekly running plan sent via PDF or WhatsApp.
- Customization: Schedules tailored to current fitness levels and specific distance goals (10k to Marathon).
- Workout Details: Specific instructions for daily workouts, including target pacing and interval breakdowns.
Monitoring & Analysis
- Data Review: Coach reviews running logs via Strava screenshots to track pace and volume.
- Communication: Chat support for queries regarding fatigue, pain management, or schedule tweaks.
Service Limitations
- Exclusions: This plan does not include in person attendance at Cubbon Park sessions, live form correction, or guided strength spotting.

Why We Run Together
Running with us is about more than just miles - it’s about chasing joy, finding your rhythm, and building real community. At Road To Trail Club, we keep it simple: train together, race together. You’ll see us out there, rain or shine, making memories in Namma Bengaluru. Like we say, nasha chhodo, hamare saath run karo (ditch the high, run with us) - trust me, those endorphins are real!
Our Training Mix
- We stick to a structured 10k training plan, half, or full marathon prep - whatever your goal.
- Sessions blend long runs for stamina, tempo and interval work for speed, plus hill training (Nandi Hills, anyone?) to power up your legs.
- Post-run, we get into strength conditioning for distance runners: bodyweight stuff, squats, planks, burpees - all focused on staying injury-free.
- You’ll learn running drills and good form, not just log miles.
All Levels, All Vibes
Total newbies, weekend warriors, and PB chasers - everyone fits in. We plan for your race, support you through it, and celebrate every finish, big or small.
RTC Life: Dogs, Chai, and Good People
We’re the dog-friendly running club your furry buddy’s been waiting for. Parkies (our park dogs) are regulars! After the run, we usually hang out for chai or breakfast nearby. The scene is always chill, supportive, and packed with good energy.

- Cubbon Park is home base for group marathon training Bengaluru.
- Sessions run Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Early, but it’s worth it.

My Story
Started out just another guy pounding Bangalore roads, then one half marathon flipped a switch in me. Next thing, I’m running ultras and dragging friends along. RTC came alive in 2019, but honestly, Cubbon Park and its dogs—my pawfriends—turned running into a real family affair. Now, every sunrise, it’s not just about miles, it’s about sharing energy, cheering humans and dogs, and building this wild, sweaty tribe.
My Work
All Kinds of Run Training - We do group runs for 10k, half, full, and ultra marathons with tempo, intervals, hill sprints, and runner’s CrossFit.
Cubbon Park - Our Turf - Every session’s at Cubbon Park. Sunrise, fresh air, and the city waking up - that’s our vibe.
Early Morning Grind - Runs start 5:30 am sharp, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays. Rain or shine, we show up, no excuses.
Run, Laugh, Repeat - We train hard but it’s about fun. Garba nights, races, and always cheering each other on.
Dog-Friendly Running Crew - Cubbon Park dogs join us—sometimes pacing, always cheering. If you love dogs, you’ll fit right in.
