Join me in HSR Layout for a practice that blends breath, alignment, and community. Whether you are a beginner or looking to refine your flow, we will work on building strength and finding steadiness together.

Using the studio barre to work on Svarga Dvijasana, or Bird of Paradise pose. Props like the barre are wonderful tools to help us explore balance and deepen our stretches safely, making advanced postures more accessible for everyone.

A quiet moment of focus, using the barre to deepen a standing leg stretch. In my classes, we pay close attention to alignment to ensure we are building flexibility in a healthy, sustainable way.

Finding length in the hamstrings and spine with Parsvottanasana, or Pyramid Pose. The mirror helps us observe our alignment, ensuring we are moving with intention and protecting our bodies as we stretch.

Exploring trust, strength, and connection with a bit of Acro Yoga. Partner work is a fun way to build community and discover a different kind of balance in our practice.

Practicing Ardha Uttanasana, or the Half Forward Fold, side-by-side. This simple spinal stretch is a key part of our Sun Salutations, helping to lengthen the back and calm the mind as we flow together.

Moving together in Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana, the Revolved Head-to-Knee Pose. This deep side-body and hamstring stretch feels incredible and shows how we can all be in the same pose while honoring our own unique level of flexibility.

A smiling Standing Mermaid Pose. This is a beautiful and playful posture that challenges balance, opens the shoulders, and stretches the quadriceps. I always offer modifications to help you find your own expression of the pose.

Twisting into Garudasana, or Eagle Pose. This posture is amazing for improving focus and balance while stretching the shoulders and upper back. It’s like giving yourself a big, twisted hug.

Finding balance and a bit of fun in this variation of a toe stand. The unique mural in the studio adds a creative energy to our practice, reminding us to stay playful.

Taking a moment to just breathe. Every class begins and ends with pranayama, or breathwork. This simple act of focusing on the breath is the foundation of our entire practice.

About The Studio: Alignment & Flow

When you walk into our HSR Layout studio, you will find it is not just about getting into the poses. I use props like ballet barres and mirrors to help you actually understand your alignment, making postures safer and more accessible. Whether it is a Hatha hold or a Vinyasa flow, we focus on what your body needs today, not what a textbook says it should look like.
