The cocktails at Plats are a little bit of instinct, a lot of curiosity, and some old-school technique. Expect house-made infusions, cordials, and shrubs in drinks like the Umami Mami (think tequila and black garlic miso) or the Gold Rush (marigold and green apple). Our signatures, like the Plats G&T with blue pea gin, are always on rotation, and with the Plats Playground, you’ll find new creations popping up all the time.
