About Weekend Brunch

A weekend brunch at Plats is never rushed. I believe food should be a mix of comfort and surprise, so I pull ideas from travels and local finds, then bring them to our kitchen in Delhi. Some plates are light, some rich, all meant for slow eating and good company.

The Spread

  • Our brunch menu changes with the seasons. Sometimes you’ll see a familiar dish, sometimes something wild from our kitchen experiments. Always à la carte, so you get to pick what suits your mood.

  • Eggs get special treatment here. There’s Crab Benedict with avocado hollandaise, Braised Lamb Omelette, and Balkan Eggs in a peppery relish. If you love egg brunch specials, you’ll find something new every visit.

  • Sweet and savory brunch plates get their own spotlight. Fried Chicken and Waffles with hot honey, Warm Crab Toast soaked in prawn bisque, Shrooms on Toast with smoked bandel cheese. Vegetarian friends aren’t left out - try Mushroom Roesti, Whipped Brie Honey Toast, or our creamy Linguini Miso Corn-Bonara.

To Drink

  • Brunch cocktails in Delhi? Our bar team loves to mix things up. You’ll find classics with a twist and fresh ideas, plus proper coffee and wine for lazy afternoons.

The Finale

  • Dessert’s always a bit dramatic. Plats Baked Alaska and Tiramichoux (think tiramisu meets choux pastry) close things out with a bang.

Brunch happens every Sunday at 12:30, sometimes Saturday too. We keep it casual, but tables go fast.

My Story

Hey, we’re Hanisha and Jamsheed, and Plats is our playground. We chase flavours from everywhere—like that crazy good Bánh Mì in Vietnam, still dream of that crust. Our team’s always experimenting, sometimes nostalgic, sometimes wild. Every couple weeks, someone throws something new on the table. It’s not loud, just a quiet kitchen dance. We’re here for the magic, one plate at a time. That’s Plats.
