The Pizza Scene
You haven’t tasted pizza till you’ve tried my artisanal wood-fired pizza. I go classic Neapolitan, New York Thin Crust, and even pile on the cheese and toppings American-style. The cheese game is strong - ricotta, burrata, manchego, brie, parm, you name it. If you can’t pick one, do a half-and-half. No judgments here.
Pasta, Cheese, And Some Theatre
My pastas are handmade - every ravioli, every spaghetti. People love the cheese wheel pasta, where I toss your pasta right in a giant wheel of cheese at the table. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but always worth it.
