About Wines, Your Way
Most wine programs force you into a full bottle to try something interesting. We do things differently. Whether you are curious about a crisp German Gewürztraminer or a deep Italian Montepulciano, our list lets you explore by the glass. This approach keeps your evening flexible and allows you to find your new favorite without the commitment of a full bottle.
Our wine program was built in collaboration with our sommelier, Udiksh. We wanted a list that moves away from the standard commercial labels, focusing instead on diverse terroirs like the Pfalz region in Germany and Abruzzo in Italy.
Every selection is served in varietal-specific stemware, such as Burgundy bowls or Bordeaux glasses, to optimize aeration and flavor. Whites are poured chilled, and reds are served at cellar temperature, ensuring each pour is treated with the respect a good bottle deserves.
We encourage you to use this list as an invitation to experiment. If you are dining with us, ask for a pairing suggestion. We are happy to match the tannins, acidity, or body of a specific wine to the flavors on your plate.
