- Live Demos: For those who want to watch and learn, my Essentials workshops cover 3-5 core recipes. You get the PDF recipe card and session recording for 3-6 months to review at your own pace.
- Interactive Cook-Alongs: This is where the magic happens. We jump on Google Meet, and I guide you step-by-step from your own kitchen. You get a grocery list 2-3 days prior so you can prep ahead, and we focus on texture and consistency in real-time.
- Specialized Series: For those ready to dive deep, like our 7-day detox or Sourdough mastery, these multi-day programs provide the structure you need.
