Why I Do This
Mai apni favourite hu (I am my own favorite) - I say this every time I look in the mirror. I want you to feel that too. My coaching is about helping women fall in love with themselves, not just chase a number on the scale.
My Story
I’m not your typical nutritionist. I’m a Computer Science Engineer who struggled with 28 kgs of post-pregnancy weight. I turned things around with Indian plant-based nutrition, lost the weight, and kept it off since 2018. Everything I share is tried and tested on myself first.

My Story
Hi, I’m Kirti. Main computer engineer thi, par life ne kuch alag hi plan bana diya. 2014 mein, after my daughter was born, I was overweight, tired, and honestly, lost. Sab bolte the weight loss possible nahi after baby, par mujhe prove karna tha. Plant-based khana, local food, thoda patience - lost 28 kgs. Ab nutrition meri journey ka hissa hai, aur main wahi share karti hoon jo khud pe try kiya hai. No random gyaan, just real talk.

Holistic Wellness - It’s not just food. We work on exercise, sunlight, meditation, simple routines - full mind and body care.
Traditional Indian Food - Dal-chawal, sabzi-roti, local and seasonal - I stick to what our dadi-nani knew, not Western fads.
No Crash Diets - We make small, real changes. Main apne clients ka haath nahi chhodti jab tak habit na ban jaye.
