About The Studio Experience: Group & Duet Classes

Our group classes are intentionally limited to a maximum of four participants. This strict cap is not for exclusivity, but for efficacy; it allows our instructors to provide the tactile adjustments and verbal cues required for true spinal alignment and muscle recruitment. When you work with us, you are not just performing movements but learning to use the apparatus to support your body correctly.
