About this collection
Whether you join from my Jayanagar studio or log in for a live online session, every class is clinically vetted. I do not believe in mass-produced workouts, so I keep group batches capped at ten participants to ensure I can monitor your form and make the necessary physical corrections.
Finding the right space to train can be overwhelming, but my approach focuses on placing you where you will get the best results. If you are dealing with chronic pain or recovering from an injury, I always start with 1:1 Clinical Reformer sessions. This allows me to perform a full posture assessment and build a program around your specific biomechanical needs before you move into a group setting.
For those looking to join a community, my small group classes are designed to be progressive. In the studio, we use the Reformer, Magic Circles, and Swiss Balls, which helps with tactile correction. For online members, I use Mat Pilates flows that you can execute safely in your living room, focusing on core activation and posture.
The structure is simple. We work in twelve-session cycles to ensure consistency. If you have been sitting at a desk all day or are returning to fitness after a pregnancy, the priority is always functional strength. I provide ongoing feedback during sessions, and because my studio in Jayanagar is intimate, you are never just another number in the room.
