We are a team of dedicated practitioners, not just trainers. Every instructor at Pilates for Wellbeing brings deep knowledge of the original Classical Pilates method to the mat.

As a teacher, I believe that practicing Pilates regularly in my own body helps me teach my clients better. Teaching is not just about choreography; it is about intimately understanding the work to empower and uplift others.

Meet Sandhya, one of our dedicated Classical Pilates instructors. She practices three times a week to keep her spine mobile and strong, which helps her understand her own body better and, in turn, teach others more effectively.

Our instructors don't just teach; they are committed practitioners of the Contrology method. Every teacher you meet here maintains their own personal practice, training at least three times a week to keep their bodies agile and their understanding of movement sharp. This ensures that when they guide you, they are correcting from a place of lived experience, not just textbook theory.

Our team is comprised of internationally certified instructors, all trained under the rigorous standards of The Pilates Center, Boulder. Each of our teachers undergoes over 450 hours of intensive training before they ever lead a session. This depth is visible in how we approach every class at our Lavelle Road studio.

We come from diverse backgrounds—some of us are athletes focusing on mechanics and injury prevention, others specialize in rehabilitation for conditions like scoliosis or ACL recovery, and some are experts in women’s health, including prenatal and postnatal support. Despite these different focus areas, we are united by a single philosophy: the body is not a machine to be pushed, but a system to be understood and refined.
