About this collection

In our group reformer classes, we limit sessions to between 3 and 6 participants, so you never get lost in the crowd. Because the group is small, our instructors provide active form correction throughout the class, ensuring you engage the correct deep stabilising muscles rather than just going through the motions. This level of attention helps you avoid injury and ensures you get the most out of every 55-minute session.

Why Small Group Reformer Pilates Works

Many gyms focus on high-volume classes where individual form is often overlooked. We take a different approach. By keeping our group sizes intimate, we ensure that every client—whether a beginner, an athlete, or a new mum—receives the guidance needed to master the mechanics of Pilates.

Our method is rooted in science. We focus heavily on the transverse abdominis, the deep core muscle that acts as the hub of your body. When we strengthen this area, we see a direct impact on your spine, posture, and overall daily movement. It is not just about a workout; it is about retraining how your body holds itself together.

Our Studio Experience

We operate two distinct studios in Bengaluru: one in Dollars Colony and another in Sahakar Nagar. Both spaces are designed to remove the intimidation often found in large fitness centres. With large mirrors, natural light, and forest-themed wall art, the environment is calm and focused, allowing you to tune into your own body.

What to Expect

Our classes are designed for progression. If you are new, we walk you through the basics of the reformer machine, including how the springs and straps create resistance. If you are a regular, we increase the intensity, adding accessories like the Magic Circle or stability balls to keep your muscles guessing. All classes are 55 minutes long, giving you enough time to warm up, work through a sequence, and cool down effectively.

Remember to bring your grip socks, which are mandatory for safety and hygiene. We have designed our packages to be flexible, offering everything from single trial passes for those new to our method, to high-frequency bundles for dedicated members ready to commit to a 12-week intensive routine.
