An incline bench press with 115kg. This targets the upper chest for a fuller, more developed look.

My upper body sessions focus on compound heavy lifts like military presses and barbell rows to pack on real mass, not just fluff. You will be spotting and hitting forced reps until your muscles scream, because that is where the growth actually happens. If you cannot commit to the intensity, do not bother showing up.
