Leg day isn't meant to be comfortable, and at Iron Body Gym, we don't do comfort. If you aren't leaving the floor feeling like you pushed your limits, we didn't train hard enough. I focus on heavy compound movements like barbell lunges and sumo squats to force muscle growth. Don't expect fancy machines or air conditioning here, just raw iron and sweat.
Building legs is a grind, not a hobby. When you train with me, we go after the quads, hamstrings, and glutes with intent. I don't care about how much weight you can move if your form is sloppy—you'll just get injured. We start with the basics: bodyweight squats to master mobility, moving up to weighted barbell lunges and sumo squats to build real stability.
