My Coaching Philosophy: Hard Work, No Shortcuts
I do not believe in quick fixes. My coaching is simple: you bring the discipline, I bring the expertise. We build your physique with iron and sweat, not empty talk.
"Nue Jaloge, Nue Jaloge." They will keep burning with jealousy. Let your results do the talking while I spot you through the tough sets.
"Your diet is number one!" You can live in the gym, but if you don't eat clean, you're wasting your time.
"You must have the burning desire to succeed, just thinking about it is not enough." Here I am doing pull-ups, a true test of strength.
"In bad times, don't look at the lines on your palms. Instead, work so hard that the word 'failure' written in those lines is erased."

"I will not accept defeat. I know it will take time. I am building a career, not Maggi noodles that get ready in two minutes."

About My Coaching Philosophy
My training method does not rely on fancy air-conditioned environments or complex machines. We work out at Iron Body Gym in Salarpur, where the weights are real and the grind is non-negotiable. When you train with me, I am spotting your heavy sets, correcting your squat and deadlift form, and watching your diet like a hawk. If your nutrition is not clean, I tell you straight up: you are wasting your time in the gym.

Bodybuilding is not just lifting weights; it is a lifestyle of absolute discipline. At Iron Body Gym, we do not have comfort because real strength is built in the heat of the effort. My coaching style is direct because that is what you need to break through plateaus.
I focus on hypertrophy and strength, ensuring every repetition counts. My clients learn that diet is not a suggestion, it is the foundation. I provide strict, personalized nutrition plans that focus on accessible, clean staples like eggs, chicken, and rice—not expensive, unnecessary supplements.
