Powerlifting: The Foundation of Strength
Strength is not given, it is earned. This is where we build the foundation with the three pillars of powerlifting: the squat, the bench press, and the deadlift. I focus on raw power and perfect form to ensure you are lifting heavy and safely.
Upper Body Construction
A strong back, broad shoulders, and a thick chest are the marks of a true bodybuilder. We use a variety of proven exercises, from heavy presses to isolation movements, to build a formidable upper torso. This includes machine work like lat pulldowns and cable crossovers, and free weights like military presses and dumbbell rows.
Forging Arms of Steel
Big arms are not just for show, they are a result of dedicated work on biceps and triceps. My training methods focus on building both size and strength using a mix of heavy barbell curls, concentrated dumbbell work, and high-rep cable movements for a complete pump.
Leg Day: The True Test of Will
You cannot build a great physique on weak pillars. Leg day separates the serious from the pretenders. We go beyond basic squats with exercises like lunges, leg presses, and sumo squats to build powerful and well-defined quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
