- Schedule: Slots available Mon-Fri (5 AM to 9 PM), Sat (Morning), Sun (Workshop).
- App: 7 day access to the tracking mobile app.
Consultation & Support
- Assessment: 1 Fitness Assessment Call (15-20 mins) with a specialist to discuss goals and medical history.
- Accountability: Daily check-ins via WhatsApp from an assigned partner.
