About My Journey & Philosophy

People often think healthy eating means giving up roti or living on salads. In my practice, we do the opposite. I focus on incorporating your favourite home-cooked meals, like moong dal chilla or paneer bhurji, into a structured plan that prioritises your hormonal health and energy levels rather than just counting calories.

My approach comes from a place of personal experience. I have spent years refining my own relationship with food, which led me to run the New Delhi Marathon and write my book, 'Curve and Crave'. I know that fitness is not about starving yourself; it is about finding a rhythm that fits your actual life.

I built my methodology around five simple letters: MDESR. This stands for Meditation, Diet, Exercise, Sleep, and Relationships. It is not just about what is on your plate, but how you treat your body throughout the day.

  • Meditation: 15 to 30 minutes to ground your mind.
  • Diet: Clean, simple, and sustainable.
  • Exercise: At least 45 minutes of movement, whether that is the gym, yoga, or a brisk walk.
  • Sleep: Prioritising six to seven hours of rest.
  • Relationships: Investing time in family and friends to manage stress.

Over the past few years, I have worked with over 1000 clients, helping them manage conditions like PCOD, thyroid issues, and stubborn weight gain by simplifying their nutrition. I do not believe in fad diets that disappear as soon as you stop following them. I believe in giving you a roadmap that works for your long-term health, whether you are a new mom, a working professional, or an athlete.

My goal is to help you stop the cycle of cravings and bloating. When you work with me, we look at your specific history and daily routine to create a plan that you can actually stick to, even on your busiest days.
