Running Workshops & Expert Speaking Engagements
I regularly host workshops and speaker sessions for running clubs and brands in Delhi, breaking down complex injury science into practical, actionable training advice.
Leading a workshop on injury prevention for Adidas Runners Delhi. My focus is always on providing practical, evidence-based advice that runners can apply to their training immediately.
Addressing a group of passionate runners at an Adidas Runners event. Community engagement is a vital part of promoting a culture of healthy, sustainable running.
Explaining the biomechanics of running during a workshop. I believe that when runners understand how their bodies work, they are empowered to make smarter training decisions.
Leading a dynamic warm-up session. I teach runners to move away from static stretching before a run and focus on movements that activate key muscles and improve mobility.
Q&A session with the Adidas Runners community. I enjoy interacting with runners, answering their questions, and helping them solve their individual training challenges.
It was a great session guiding the New Balance Running Community (NBRC) through the science of a dynamic warm-up. We focused on activating key stabilizers and preparing the body for the demands of running.
I was thrilled to team up with Puma and Bhag Club for a pre-race meet-up for the Delhi Half Marathon. The energy of the running community is always incredible.
About this collection
I do not believe in standing at a podium and lecturing. Whether I am at a pre-race meet-up for the Delhi Half Marathon or hosting a session for a brand community, I focus on live demonstrations—correcting your dynamic warm-up or testing your biomechanics on the spot—to ensure you leave with changes you can apply to your very next run.
Bridging the Gap Between Science and the Road
Many runners spend their time searching for the latest training trends, but often miss the foundational biomechanics that actually prevent injury. My workshops are designed to simplify sports science. I take the theory behind running injuries—like why your hip strength matters for shin splints or how your shoe choice changes your gait—and translate it into drills you can do during your training runs.
Core Workshop Themes
My sessions are built around the most common hurdles I see in the clinic and on the track:
- Injury Prevention & Management: We break down why injuries occur, focusing on the kinetic chain rather than just the point of pain. I teach runners how to identify red flags before they become sidelined.
- Biomechanics & Form: I don’t just talk about good form. I guide groups through exercises that highlight how stability and cadence affect efficiency. We look at real-world data and help you understand your movement patterns.
- Gear Selection: Through my work with brands like Nike and Puma, I provide education on how to choose footwear based on your foot anatomy and individual overpronation patterns, ensuring your shoes support your goals.
- Race Day Strategy: For events like the Delhi Half Marathon, I cover the science of tapering, hydration, and pacing, helping runners shift their mindset from just 'running hard' to 'running smart.'
Collaborative Sessions
I am frequently invited by running clubs, fitness centers, and sports brands to lead these engagements. If you are part of a community group or a brand looking to add real technical value to your events, I am happy to discuss tailoring a session to your specific needs. My goal is simple: to help every runner I meet understand their own body better so they can keep moving for years to come.
