About Competition Day
Competition day par pressure handling alag cheez hoti hai. Training gym mein 300kg uthana aur stage par lights, referees, aur 350kg weight ke saath performance dena do alag duniya hain. Main sirf weight uthane ki nahi, stage par apne darr ko khatam karne ki training deta hu. Tumhari technique tabhi kaam aayegi jab dimaag shant rahega.
Platform Par Kya Chal Raha Hai
Ye images Lal Bahadur Indoor Stadium se leke Bhilai ke National stage tak ki hain. Jab main 390kg squat karta hu ya 350kg deadlift pull karta hu, toh wo sirf ek number nahi hai. Wo meri technique, mere coach ki guidance, aur mere diet ka result hai.
Why Competition Day is Different
- Squat Depth: Bahut log gym mein half-squat karke hero bante hain. Platform par depth miss ki toh lift fail. Main depth par compromise nahi karta.
- Equipped vs Raw: Log bolte hain suit se weight easy ho jata hai. Unse bolo ek baar 300kg pe suit pehen ke uth ke dikhayein. It requires different bracing and setup.
- Peak Training: Competition se pehle ka 4-week cycle sabse critical hai. Yahan strength nahi, sirf recovery aur mental focus matter karta hai.

Mere paas wo log aate hain jo time pass nahi karna chahte. Agar tumhari aankhon mein champion banne ka madness hai, toh hum kaam karenge. Main tumhe wahi techniques sikhaunga jo maine Senior National Championships mein use ki hain—chahe wo bench press setup ho ya deadlift lockout.
