Deadlift is the true test of raw strength. I pull 350kg plus because I obsess over technique and grip. This is not for everyone.

This is my unofficial record deadlift of 352.5kg in the 120kg category. This is the result of pure madness for powerlifting.

Pulling a 350kg deadlift without straps. Grip strength is just as important as back strength in this lift.

A massive 345kg deadlift. This is the kind of lift that tests your limits and builds true strength.

A strong 330kg deadlift rep. Consistency in training is what leads to breaking personal records.

A fast and powerful 325kg deadlift. For some people, this weight is a dream. For me, it's a step towards the next goal.

Another 320kg deadlift session. Every rep is a chance to perfect the technique and build more power.

Setting an unofficial record with a 305kg deadlift in the 120kg classic category. This is just the starting point.

Five reps of 300kg on the deadlift without straps. I don't listen to haters, I just lift the weight.

My first time touching 300kg after a seven-month break. The numbers will only go up from here.

First heavy check with a 300kg deadlift. The speed on this lift shows the power is there.

About Deadlift Dominance

Most guys focus only on pulling weight, but they miss the setup. I spend half my session just on grip strength and bar positioning. If your setup is sloppy, you hit a wall at 200kg. Watch how I set my lats before I break the floor. It is that tension that adds the final 50kg to the bar.
