Asana Practice: Foundation & Flow

Our training builds a strong foundation in traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa styles. We focus on synchronizing breath with movement in sequences like Surya Namaskar to build heat, strength, and endurance.

Advanced Asanas & Alignment

We guide you safely into advanced postures, focusing on correct alignment and technique. You will learn to practice and teach complex asanas like Sirsasana (Headstand) and Trivikramasana (Standing Splits) with confidence, using props and hands-on adjustments.

Pranayama & Meditation: The Inner Journey

This course goes beyond physical postures to explore the subtle body. You will learn and practice essential techniques like Bhramari (Bee Breath) for calming the mind and Trataka (candle gazing) for developing deep concentration.

Shatkarma: Yogic Cleansing

A core component of traditional Hatha yoga, we teach the six purification techniques (Shatkarmas). You will get practical, guided instruction in practices like Jal Neti (nasal cleansing) and Trataka to detoxify the body and prepare for deeper yogic experiences.
