My journey as a yogi is not separate from my life. It is woven into my travels, my interactions, and the quiet moments where I find balance. Zindagi ko sirf kaato mat, use khulkar jiyo (Don't just cut through life, live it fully).

A portrait reflecting the intensity and focus that both yoga and music require. My aim is to embody the principles I teach, finding balance and discipline in every aspect of life.

A random, happy moment captured by a friend. It's a reminder to find joy in the small things and to live life fully and authentically.

A video portrait revealing my face piece by piece. The journey to know the self, 'swayam ko jaanna', is much like this, a gradual uncovering of our true nature.

Sharing a moment with a young soul after a session. Yoga and its healing energies are for everyone, regardless of age. The innocence and openness of children is something we can all learn from.

A moment of quiet contemplation in nature. My online yoga classes are an extension of this peace, helping people find energy and tranquility in their daily lives, right from their own homes.

Standing by the water, a reminder that to reach the destination, one must first become an excellent traveler. The journey of life requires patience, presence, and a willingness to keep moving forward.

A collection of moments from my journey. Each picture tells a story, from quiet contemplation by the sea to engaging with fellow musicians, reflecting the varied path of a modern yogi.

About The Yogi's Path

My path began with a simple question: what is the self? After traveling through 55 countries, I realized the answers are not found on a map or in a textbook. Whether I am holding a sound bowl in a studio or teaching an online batch from a quiet space in Delhi, my work is about cutting through the noise. It is about helping you strip away the stress until all that remains is the core of who you actually are.
