Yoga is meant to be shared. From large-scale run club mobility sessions to intimate wellness festivals, I love bringing people together to find stillness in motion and share the energy of collective breath.

Leading a yoga session for the Nike After Dark Run Tour in Mumbai. It's always powerful to guide a large group, sharing the importance of stretching and mobility for runners.

Addressing a large crowd of participants at a Nike community event. The energy of hundreds of people moving and breathing together is truly incredible.

About Community Events & Collaborations

When I lead large-scale sessions, like the Nike After Dark tour or wellness festivals, my approach shifts from the quiet of a personal studio to holding space for energy and movement. I focus on accessible, functional flows that ground a crowd, ensuring that even in a group of fifty or a hundred, everyone leaves feeling connected rather than just exhausted. It is about creating an atmosphere where the collective breath becomes an anchor for every participant, regardless of their experience level.

Collaborating with brands and festivals allows me to take the practice outside of the traditional mat-and-studio setup. My goal in these settings is simple: to make yoga feel approachable for everyone, not just those who are flexible or experienced.

Why Community Matters

Yoga can sometimes feel like a solitary pursuit. In my experience, there is a different kind of power when a group moves, stretches, and breathes together. Whether it is a post-run mobility session for hundreds of runners or a meditative workshop at an event like the Bliss Tree Festival, these sessions are designed to release physical tension and build a sense of unity.

My Approach to Collaborations

I work closely with organizers to tailor the session to the audience:

  • For Run Clubs & Athletic Brands: I focus on mobility, recovery, and preventing injury. We target the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders, using pranayama to calm the nervous system after a workout.
  • For Wellness Festivals: I lean into the 'gyaan' (wisdom) of yoga. These sessions often explore deeper themes like heart-opening backbends or restorative silence, creating space for participants to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with themselves.

If you are planning an event, a corporate wellness day, or a festival and are looking for a facilitator who focuses on connection over performance, I would love to chat. My sessions are grounded in alignment and safety, ensuring that every participant, from the novice to the seasoned practitioner, feels seen and supported.

I moved from a media career to the mat a decade ago, and I am still learning every single day. My practice is about self-enquiry, nature, and finding a little bit of quiet in a loud city. I do not believe in performance yoga, just real, messy, human practice.
