This is Tushara, a body building athlete. After developing shoulder tendonitis, we worked together for just 10 days on a targeted rehabilitation plan that got her back to training at full capacity. This is what I do: find the root cause and create a plan that delivers real, functional results.

The Landmine Squat Press is one of my go-to exercises for clients. It allows for building significant lower body and core strength while improving mobility, all with less stress on the knee and back joints compared to traditional squats.

Here, I'm focusing on strengthening the hamstrings using a dumbbell leg curl. This is a key exercise for improving dynamic knee joint stabilization, which is crucial for preventing common leg injuries in athletes and active individuals.

Dynamic mobility training, like these Animal Flow movements, is a core part of my prehab programs. This type of bodyweight exercise improves coordination, flexibility, and strength through fluid motion, preparing your body for any challenge.

Assisted pushups are a fantastic tool for safely building upper body strength. By using a resistance band for support, I can reduce the load on the shoulder and wrist joints, making it an ideal exercise for clients recovering from injury or building foundational strength.

A key part of recovery and injury prevention is improving flexibility through safe, assisted stretching. This hands-on technique allows me to help clients achieve a deeper stretch, release muscle tension, and improve their overall range of motion.
