Most corporate wellness talks leave teams feeling like they have just sat through another meeting. My approach is different: we use your actual office furniture for 'desk-hacks,' focusing on real-world fixes for tech-neck and back pain, so your team walks away feeling mobile, not just lectured.
Wellness at work shouldn't be a box-ticking exercise. It needs to be stitched into the daily routine to actually make a difference. Whether you have a small crew or a hundred people, my sessions are designed to move the needle on how your team feels.
How We Fix the 'Desk-Grind'
We start with the basics. My Tech-Neck & Desk Ergonomics workshops don't rely on theory. We use your office chairs, desks, and floors to perform Pilates and Yoga-based stretches. We look at common sitting flaws, screen heights, and keyboard placements. You get an immediate, practical toolkit to reduce RSI and that constant shoulder stiffness.
More Than Just Sitting
If the office vibe needs a reset, we do that too. I run 'Sweat & Squad' sessions—music-driven movement that is less about intense training and more about morale, stress relief, and getting everyone on the same page. No gym gear required; just clear some space in the cafeteria or breakout area.
The 'Reboot' Half-Day
For companies looking for a deeper shift, I facilitate half-day wellness events. We combine the ergonomics crash course, group mobility flows, and dedicated mindfulness sessions. It’s about teaching your team how to manage their energy during a long workday. Plus, I provide a digital wellness kit after the session, so the lessons stick long after I've left the building.
