Community Fitness Classes in Bangalore
We move, we sweat, and we support each other. These sessions are about the energy of the room and the strength we find when we show up together.
The "before and after" a ride tells a story. We start with anticipation and end with accomplishment. This is about building a community where fitness and fun are our shared goals.
A room full of riders who didn't share the same language, but were all united by movement. The energy in this class was unimaginable and a powerful example of how fitness connects us.
Here's a look at the flyer for the Veganuary Festival where I taught an Animal Flow class. I love being part of events that bring the community together around health and wellness.
A delicious, plant-based meal from the Veganuary Festival. It's all about nourishing your body from the inside out, which is a core part of a healthy, active lifestyle.
So excited to be part of the Veganuary Festival. Events like these are a great place to meet interesting people, try new things, and celebrate a healthy lifestyle together.
About this collection
I intentionally keep our group classes small so that I can offer form correction and keep the energy grounded. When you walk into a spin session or an Animal Flow workshop, you aren't just a number in the back row; you are part of a rhythm that we build as a collective.
Fitness is not about the calories burned or the weight on the bar. My classes, whether it is high-intensity rhythm cycling at Chakra Athletica or bodyweight flows, are designed to pull you out of your head and into your body.
You will find playlists that actually make you want to move, and a space where nobody cares what you look like while you are doing it. For the spin sessions, expect neon lighting and a sound system that turns cardio into a party. For our Animal Flow and strength workshops, we strip away the equipment entirely to focus on coordination and raw movement.
If you have been hesitant to join a gym because of the competitive atmosphere, this is your sign to start differently. We train barefoot, we laugh when we mess up, and we celebrate the 'Tagda' energy of simply showing up. Whether you are at our Victoria Layout or Indiranagar studios, the focus is on progress, not perfection.
Sheri Peri
I'm Sheri. I use fitness to help you find that mental high and build resilience from the inside out. My classes are more about how you feel than how you look, and I am here to make sure you have a safe space to move at your own pace.
