I use heart rate, cadence, and pace data from every session to decide if we need speed intervals at JLN Stadium or a strictly aerobic Sunday long run. We analyze exactly how your body responds to Delhi's heat so we can adjust your training load and keep you injury-free.

Data-Driven Decisions

Running is as much about science as it is about sweat. When I look at an athlete's data, I am not just checking how fast they ran. I am looking at their heart rate variability, their aerobic vs. anaerobic threshold, and how they recovered after a humid session. If your pace is dropping even when your effort feels consistent, we need to adjust your training block, not just push harder.

The Training Mix in Delhi

Training in Delhi presents unique challenges, particularly with the extreme temperature shifts and air quality. Our sessions at JLN Stadium and Lutyens Delhi are designed to navigate this.

  • Speed Work: We hit the track on Tuesdays to improve turnover and VO2 max.
  • Aerobic Base: Sundays are for those long, slow runs where we focus on consistency.
  • Brick Workouts: For the triathletes, we combine cycling and running to master the transition phase.
