Why Train Off the Wall?

I’m Harish, and for me, climbing is way more than just pulling yourself up a wall. If you want to climb better, you need a strong base—especially stuff that regular workouts just don’t cover. My plan mixes climbing technique with off-wall moves so you feel solid, powerful, and balanced.

How We Build Climbing Power

  • Every session is shaped for actual climbing moves, not just generic gym stuff.
  • Think climbing strength training routines: pull-ups, gymnastic rings, explosive dynos, and a big focus on keeping your body moving smooth and strong.
  • Calisthenics for climbers is a huge part—bodyweight drills that make you feel lighter and more in control on the wall.
  • Hangboard finger strength exercises are a must. We train grips and tendons so even the tiny holds feel possible.
  • We keep it flexible—whether you’ve just started climbing or you’re stuck at a plateau, there’s a way to level up.

Where We Train

  • Indoor facility in Greater Kailash 2 for focused sessions, rain or shine.
  • Weekend bouldering at Sanjay Van—feel the difference when you take your new skills outdoors.

The Real Stuff

You’ll fall. Everyone does. But like I always say, koi baat nahi, phir se shuruwaat karege (no worries, we start again). The idea is to keep showing up, get a bit stronger, and actually enjoy the process.

My Story

Ram Ram ji sarya ne! Main Harish bol raha hoon, and honestly, climbing is my whole vibe. First time I tried a high ball, my legs were shaking! But yaar, you gotta face the fear, phir bhi chadhai karni hai (still gotta climb). Sometimes you slip, sometimes you win, but 'koi baat nahi, phir se shuruwaat karenge.' Every person climbs in their own style, alag movement, alag struggle. For me, rocks or gym, it’s always funday Sunday. Bas, be confident and keep moving.
