Coaching is never a solo pursuit. Join our running family at New Delhi Road Runners, where we share the struggle, celebrate the milestones, and grow stronger as one.

A typical post-run moment with the tribe. We are a small but impactful community dedicated to spreading the joy of running across Delhi.

Early morning miles with the crew. The commitment to show up for each other, even before the sun rises, is what defines our group.

Track Tuesday is a staple in our training week. Here's part of the group after a tough speed session at JLN Stadium, getting stronger together.

All smiles after a challenging track workout. When you have a supportive team by your side, even the toughest sessions become manageable.

Celebrating six years of our running club. This journey is built on the dedication, passion, and friendship of every single member, past and present.

About this collection

You will notice our sessions go beyond just miles. Whether it is our Sunday long runs starting at Lutyens Delhi or the track workouts at JLN Stadium, the focus remains on peer support. When you train with us, you get a built-in crew that shows up before sunrise to keep your motivation high, ensuring you never face the grind alone.

Running is physically demanding, but the mental battle is often the hardest part. By integrating social support into our structured training, we make the process sustainable. We treat our running club in New Delhi as a second family. You are not just following a PDF, but joining people who understand the difficulty of an early morning start or a tough speed session.

Our group dynamics involve more than just lacing up shoes. During our Sunday long runs, which often take us through the scenic stretches of Lutyens Delhi and near India Gate, we talk strategy, nutrition, and pacing. This peer interaction provides more value than a solo run ever could. If you are prepping for a marathon, you need the accountability of others who are hitting the pavement with you.

We keep the environment balanced. On Tuesdays, we hit the JLN Stadium track for high intensity intervals. This is where we focus on mechanics and speed. On Sundays, it is about endurance. But the glue that holds this together is the shared accountability. We celebrate personal bests and milestones like birthdays with the same enthusiasm we bring to training.

The Ubuntu philosophy guides us, meaning our collective success is more important than individual glory. We have built this culture to foster consistency. If you want to improve your marathon timing or just find a group that keeps you moving, this is where you belong. We provide the structure and the technical feedback, while the tribe provides the energy to keep going.

I am Pankaj, and I believe running is the best way to build a community. My focus is on technical training, but I know that real progress happens when you have a support system that cheers for your success as if it were their own.
