We believe that running is better together. From stadium track sessions at JLN to our Sunday long runs at India Gate, this is a look into how we train, compete, and grow as a family.

This is what our tribe is all about: energy, community, and running with heart. We believe in Ubuntu, the idea that we rise together. Every Sunday, we hit the roads of Delhi as a family, pushing each other to be better.

I've been there. I've felt the struggle and the triumph of crossing the finish line. This moment from my IRONMAN 70.3 in Dubai (4:21:18) is a reminder that with disciplined training and the right mindset, anything is possible.

Training is not just about logging miles; it's about building a stronger, more efficient body. Hill running is a key part of our program because it builds leg power, improves your form, and develops mental toughness. I guide you on how to incorporate these sessions safely and effectively.

Seeing my athletes on the podium is the ultimate reward. We train to chase excellence, and the results speak for themselves. This is a moment of pure joy and a testament to the hard work and dedication put in during our marathon training block.

You are not just joining a training program; you are becoming part of the New Delhi Road Runners family. We support each other through every workout and celebrate every milestone, big or small. Running is life, and we live it together.

My coaching goes beyond just running. I focus on the small details that make a big difference, like sports nutrition and proper hydration. Here, I explain a common but overlooked mistake with plastic bottles to ensure my athletes stay healthy and perform their best.

We believe in training smart. I use a data-driven approach to track progress, monitor effort, and tailor workouts to your specific needs. This Garmin data from a 19.55 km long run shows how we analyze pace and distance to optimize endurance training.

Running is about breaking barriers, both physical and mental. Meeting Varun, an autistic athlete taking on the 72km Khardungla Challenge, was a powerful reminder that all limits are in our minds. Our community is built on this spirit of courage and inspiration.
