About Competition Results
Competition success at Barbellhouse isn't a fluke. It is the direct result of our strict, coach-led programming that tracks every 1RM and demands technical precision on every lift. Because we focus on performance and injury prevention, we do not offer open gym access; instead, you get constant, eyes-on correction to ensure you are ready for the platform.
Our approach to training is simple: if you are going to put in the work, you should aim for the podium. Whether you are an adult looking for strength and conditioning or a young athlete training for your first meet, we apply the same professional-grade programming I used to win state-level medals.
Training for the Platform
We don't do random fitness. We focus on the big compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, and presses—alongside technical Olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk). We track your progress systematically. If your numbers aren't going up, the programming changes. This is how our athletes consistently perform at events like the Karnataka State Weightlifting Championships and the Dasara CM Cup.
The Barbellhouse Mindset
It is always 'You vs You'. Faith, humility, and raw effort are the pillars of what we do. We train in a 5000 sq. ft. warehouse space in RR Nagar because this is for serious work, not a social club. We don't skip the basics, we don't ignore active recovery, and we certainly don't cut corners. When you walk through our doors, you are here to build a champion's mindset. Jai Hanuman, Jai Shree Ram. Banni, let's get to work.
Barbellhouse
I am a competitive weightlifter first, coach second. I bring the same intensity I use in my own competition prep to every session at Barbellhouse, ensuring every athlete gets pushed to their true potential.
