Master the Big Lifts: Strength Training in RR Nagar
We don't do comfort. We build raw strength in RR Nagar through a disciplined, technique-first approach to Squats, Bench Presses, and Deadlifts.
I provide hands on coaching and spotting for every athlete, especially during a one rep max test. This is a 205kg back squat, a testament to the hard work and trust we build. Safety and proper form are always my top priority.
Strength is for everyone. This is one of our female athletes achieving a new personal best on her bench press. We focus on building raw strength and confidence in a supportive environment.
The men's batch testing their deadlift one rep max. The energy and encouragement in these sessions push everyone to lift heavier than they thought possible.
Our athletes working on their back squats. I personally spot and guide each member to ensure they maintain proper depth and form, which is crucial for building strength safely.
A look at a typical squat day at Barbellhouse. Athletes of all ages and levels work on their form, from young lifters using an empty bar to experienced members lifting heavy.
A glimpse into a full body strength session. We incorporate a mix of barbell work like deadlifts and dumbbell exercises to build well rounded functional strength.
About Strength Foundation: The Big Lifts
Before you ever push for a personal best on the squat or deadlift, we focus entirely on your movement patterns. At Barbellhouse, you will not find climate-controlled rooms or fancy machines. You get industrial fans, high-quality Bullrock barbells, and constant coaching to ensure your form is perfect before we ever add significant weight.
The Strength Foundation
Strength isn't just about moving weight, it is about moving weight correctly. We base our entire programming on the 'Big Three' lifts: the Squat, the Bench Press, and the Deadlift. This isn't a place for casual gym-goers looking to kill time. This is for people who want to see their numbers climb.
How We Train
When you walk into our RR Nagar facility, you see a warehouse setting. We keep it raw because distractions don't make you strong. Here is what to expect:
- Technique First: We use PVC pipes and light bars for beginners. If you cannot master the movement pattern without weight, you don't load the bar.
- Tracked Progress: We don't guess. We track every athlete's 1-Rep Max (1RM) to ensure you are actually getting stronger, not just sweating.
- Community Drive: You will hear us shouting 'Banni, banni!' (Come on!) across the gym floor. You are surrounded by other athletes who are pushing their own limits. It is always you vs you, but having a team around you makes the fight easier.
Who This Is For
Whether you are a competitive powerlifter, an athlete playing badminton or cricket, or someone who has never touched a barbell, our programming adapts to you. We focus on explosive power, functional strength, and long-term joint health. If you are ready to put in the work and leave your ego at the door, this is the right place for you.
Barbellhouse
I started weightlifting at 22 and learned the hard way that strength isn't just about the numbers on the bar. At Barbellhouse, I don't just teach you to lift heavy; I teach you to find your own strength, whether you are a complete beginner or a competitive athlete.
